Une vraie découverte

J'ai acheté cette guitare car je cherchais de nouvelles sonorités pour mon projet. Á ce prix, je ne m'attendais pas à une telle satisfaction.
J'aime beaucoup le son qu'elle offre.
Niveau jouabilité, j'ai du retravaillé un peu le sillet et réglé le manche pour facilité le jeu.
Et niveau électronique, je l'ai modifiée également, bien que celle d'origine fonctionnait parfaitement, juste les potentiomètres qui n'étaient pas très progressif.
Je l'ai modifiée pour avoir un réglage indépendant de volume et de tone pour chaque micro.
Très chouette instrument.

Die Dan-O wird hauptsächlich für deutlich tiefer gestimmten progressive Metal verwendet.
Die Gitarre ist dafür überraschend gut geeignet, die Pickups klingen sehr druckvoll und klar in tieferen Regionen!
Dank der Pickups und der 30 Zoll Mensur kann man sehr gut noch viel tiefer stimmen als ab Werk (F0, E0 alles kein Problem), sie ist aber sehr viel vielseitiger als das. Es lassen sich auch super druckhafte und singende Blues-Töne entlocken sodass auch ein Sound à la Stevie Ray Vaughan oder Jimi Hendrix möglich ist, nur eben eine Etage tiefer.
Bei mehr Zerre muss man natürlich mit starken Hintergrundgeräuschen rechnen, damit habe ich aber schon gerechnet.

Für den Preis habe ich keine großartigen Erwartungen an die Mechaniken gestellt, was sich als richtig herausgestellt hat:
Der Pickup-Switch wackelt wie ein Kuh-Schwanz, und auch im Output-Jack sitzt das Kabel etwas wackelig.
Die Tuner sehen relativ billig aus, tun aber meines Empfindens ihre Pflicht das Tuning zu halten, besser als z.B. bei einer Squier Strat (Classic Vibe), also keine Probleme hier soweit.
Diese Probleme sind für den Preis aber vernachlässigbar und beeinflussen die Funktion nicht!
Die Preis-Leistung ist hier absolut fair, ich kann die Gitarre ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Iconic sound of masonite and lipstick pickups for reasonable price.
This Korean craft is better than I remember with Chinese versions,
but still cheap asian guitar with cheap hardware and rattling back cover (as always). Highest string makes scratchy noises, because it is moving in too wide bridge stone.
Pickup switch was bad (still coming back to center position alone), and beware, it is ON-OFF-ON (which is opposite to standard off-on-off 3 way switch) and not so easy to have original Danelectro switch in Europe.
As next to must be grounded on body of switch (cheap substitution often have no conductive surface).
But after this tricky reinstalation it is great resonant baritone guitar and I like it.
