The strings were good a couple of days... After a little bit of playing they lost their freshness and sounded like they have been played for 3 weeks. I would recommend the fender strings that are the same price.

Nachdem ich auf meiner Eastman OM mit den Ernie Ball 2004 Earthwood Custom Bronze überaus zufrieden war, habe ich (weil sie etwas billiger sind) die Ernie Ball 2007 Earthwood Custom Bronze bestellt, die von der Stärke her zwischen den 11er und 12 Saiten liegen. 12er sind mir (Senior) meist zu hart und so erschienen mir die 2007er Ernie Ball anfang etwas deftig im Griff, nachdem ich sie auf meine alte Washburn aufzog (mit der ich mangels Rente wieder auf der Straße spielen will). Aber die Umgewöhnung ging schnell und das breite Klangbild der Ernie Ball 2007 Earthwood Custom Bronze begeistert mich, wobei ich noch nich weiß, wie langlebig die Saiten sind. PS: Belibt zu hoffen, dass ich bei der Verlosung unter allen Autoren einer Textbewertung die 1000.- Euro gewinne, denn es ist entweder zu heiß oder zu nass, um mit 70 auf der Straße den Barden zu geben. ;-)
