Worth taking the dive and experimenting with

I decided to experiment with these strings and I was not disappointed. Contrary to the common misconception, these strings do not make your instrument louder, but they do have a nice effect on the harmonics behind individual notes. Natural harmonics sound really nice with these. They also seem to hold that new string sound a little longer but I might be wrong on that.

On the flip side, these definitely feel rougher on my fingers, but I got used to that pretty quickly.

Ich hätte es nicht geglaubt wenn ich es nicht selbst probiert hätte. Wehr viel Attack und einen ausgeprägten Höhenbereich mag bzw. braucht ist hier genau richtig.
Hab die Saiten mittlerweile auf all meinen Bässen. Dadurch wurde jeder einzelne Soundmäßig aufgewertet.

Man hat tatsächlich etwas mehr Output, das hab ich durch aufnehmen und Vergleich der Amplituden gecheckt. Aber das ist nicht das große Kapital dieser Saiten. Sie sind unheimlich klar und definiert. Haben einen schönen Bass und Mittenbereich und etwas wehr hochmitten als Stainless Steels. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung an alle Slapper und Plektrum Shredderer. Besonders bei Aufnahmen machen sie sich bezahlt. Sie fühlen sich etwas weicher (glatter) an als Stainless Steels.

Damit kommen wir zum Negativaspekt. Der Preis ist für unbeschichtete Saiten ganz schön happig. Dazu muss man sagen das dem eine etwas verlängerte Halbarkeit gegenüber steht.

Ca pose sacrement question sur la qualité !
Voyons la réaction SAV de Thomann.. J’ai de sérieux doutes sur le remplacement…

Du coup les cordes:

Brillantes, mais pas trop.
Sur une Dimension BASS Fender US Deluxe.. le match parfait. Sortie de mix impeccable. Un poil moins de Growl mais dynamique farouche. Tout slap rend parfaitement. C’est de la bonne came pas bien chère au final. Reste la question de la tenue dans le temps mais j’ai confiance..

Je penssai que les ernie ball slinky était les meilleures cordes pour basse musicman il y a mieux donc : slinky Cobalt car les aigus son mieux mélange aux grave et donc moins agressives ,je joue rock blues 70 , stingray sur ampli mésa boogie lampes baffle idem 210
