Ich habe 1999 eine ESP Viper bekommen und diese hat unzählige Gigs und Proben mitgemacht. Ein Hammerteil. Die Eclipse habe ich mir aufgrund eines Revival-Konzerts als Zweitgitarre besorgt. Doch nach dem Soundcheck mit dieser, wurde sie zur ersten Wahl. Ein Hammer Sound. Die EMG's drücken mega und das Griffbrett ist schnell und super zu spielen. Bei mir hängen die Gitarren recht tief (kleiner Finger für Saitendämpfung) und der leicht geschrägte obere Rand am Korpus ist dafür viel besser geeignet, als der einer Les Paul.
Für mich neu war die Technik zur Saitenbefstigung. Die ist ebenfalls super, sowie auch alle anderen Mechaniken. Der passende Koffer ist ebenfalls super. Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.
