Can I come to col­lect a product which I ordered on­line?

We would be delighted, if you paid us a visit in person at Europe's largest music store. Direct contact with our customers is very important to us and we are happy to help you with any questions or requests you may have.

Although we do not offer a Click & Collect service via the internet, you are welcome to schedule your personal visit to our music store with one of our specialist advisors. The specialist advisor will help you check the availability of the goods you require and reserve the product for you if you would like to try it out on site. Alternatively, the specialist advisor can also prepare an order for you.

However, it is important to note that the order must first be paid for on site, before it is made available for collection at our wrapping counter. For this purpose, various payment options such as cash, EC card or credit card are available to you. We recommend that you allow sufficient time for any waiting times. In the meantime, you can enjoy coffee and snacks in our canteen to make the waiting time more pleasant.
