Yes it is - being a leading music store in Europe we buy our products exclusively as an authorised dealer from official distributors and manufacturers. Our products are brand-new in the original packaging and with English manuals where available.
We clearly indicate second-hand products, B-stock and OEM-versions in order to avoid confusion with our regular offers.
