Money's Worth

Not the cheapest but very likely the smartest choice if you are looking for a versatile, easy to handle, pocket-sized portable amp to serve your practicing needs.

This quality made device gives you full freedom to play and enjoy a plethora of rich sounds wherever and whenever you may wish to do so, as it only requires a charged battery (which will serve you at least for 4 hours) and a set of (wired) headphones. (BTW, I’ve been frequently using a standard set that comes with almost every smartphone and even so the results are more than satisfactory.) Should you wish to play along a backing track, the Bluetooth feature is readily available with a switch of a button.
I realize that the above might sound more like a manufacturer’s ad than one’s personal opinion based on experience, but I was really impressed and got more than I had expected with this little fellow. Well, OK, I do miss the possibility to connect wirelessly to a set of headphones, but … you can't allways have it all, can you :)

Unfortunately, most probably because of the current pandemic and its various consequences, delivery time is painfully long but the gadget is well worth waiting for.

Great plug-and-play (literally) practice tool - worth the price
DC85 20.01.2022
This finally replaced my 22 (!) year old Korg Pandora as a practice tool, to be used with headphones.

The preset sounds are great and offer a nice range of amps and effects, suitable for practicing and having some quick fun.

Suitable for Blues, Funk, Rock, Hard Rock etc. but not so much for the more extreme sides of Metal (might need to look elsewhere if this is what you wish to use it for).

You can also connect your phone via bluetooth to play backing tracks on it and jam (or practice exercises), which is really cool.

The device construction seems reasonably solid (we'll see in the long-run)

Overall, a great product, with a reasonable price.

So good!!!
Thubbsy 20.12.2022
I got this little headphone amp to take with me on the road. It's very portable, USB-C rechargeable (so you don't have to take another cable or batter with you) and all you need to do is plug it into the guitar as well as some headphone, turn it on and you're good to go.
The best surprise was the sound. I'm a rookie to amps, but the quality of the tone blew me away, to the point where I prefer using it for practicing in my bedroom. It's really easy to use, sounds great and has enough options to tinker with the tone.
The USB interface works good, but I had a tiny bit of delay on my setup with my M1 iPad and Amplitube. Not much, but definitely noticable, so probably not ideal for using it to model amps via a computer or iPad. The sound seemed fine otherwise, so probably still good for recording a track at home, with the headphone output to monitor sound.
One thing that would've made this thing even better: I wish it had a built-in tuner. But otherwise, I really like it!

Great practice tool

Lots of sounds, most of them good. Feels good in use too, though it's a little awkward to see which amp model or effect you're on without referring to the provided reference card, and twisting your guitar to find the lights.

Outside that, it delivers what you want in terms of tonal variety and quality. It doesn't sound like an amp in a room, but it's not a million miles off either, it surprised me a bit. I would say it flatters your sound well - might be a touch of compression - but in a pleasant way.

The Bluetooth element is great, but bear in mind that's for streaming a backing track not using bt headphones, you have to plug the headphones in.

Overall, I'd recommend it over something like an amplug but be aware it's not going to blow your mind with faithful recreations of classic amps. It come close for such a small device, and the recording element via a computer is quality, but you aren't going to replace your Twin with this for anything beyond quiet practice sessions.

Still recommend it, for the price, the size, it's very good.

Not as expected

Before buying watched a lot of review videos, non of them mention about the amount of white noise it has. Unfortunately the noise was too much and tiring for me.

Best money I've spent
Alexbuga 25.02.2021
The device feels very very well built. It's super small.
If you liked the Vox Amplug series, this is taken up to 11.
Reverbs sound so lush, the amps sound amazing, it has NO BUZZ.

And the Bluetooth streaming from phone is up there too. It's awesome as a practice amp, but honestly it's awesome as a recording interface & fx processor.

It was really worth it.

Good tones at the press of a button

Makes tone selection very easy. It also doubles up as a recording interface using the Ipad and a USB c cable. Very compatible. Good Bluetooth and battery.

It is great tool for practising without disturbing others.

Very simple to use. No need to connect to an app and go through 5 different screens that have 50 different knobs each one. Also no need for a computer. Just plug and play.

The sound experience can vary a lot (from really nice to really bad) depending on the headphones and the guitar pickups. I would recommend buying a good pair of headphones if you don't have one.

The 4 clean channels sound very similar. I would prefer 3 clean channels with different tone, and additional crunchy tones.

I feel Fender missed the opportunity to have a tuner built-in.

Even though it is made of plastic it doesn't feel cheap.

This sounds fantastic
barnics 16.09.2022
The sound quality is far ahead of what I had expected, even after reading good things about it.
It's not easy to follow which effects and amp models are on from the multi-colour LEDs, but they all sound good (and it's not difficult to just select by ear).
The ability to modify the effects parameters is limited, but again- every setting sounds good.
The bluetooth also works extremely well for playing along with tracks from a phone or PC.

One of the kind
Dimitris K.. 10.05.2022
This device is fantastic and helps you a lot with practicing.
I connect it to my laptop via Bluetooth very easily, I start playing the backing track whether by youtube or by the DAW and directly the sound is transferred to my headset along with the guitar with no latency at all.
Easily I can record my play at the DAW, however, a small latency was mentioned on some occasions.
Recommended with no hesitations to anyone who wants to play whether stand-alone or connected to Laptop/PC
