Perfect at being string guides

I'm a fender man so I've encountered a lot of string guides in my time and these are by far the best I've ever used and let's be honest they look great (which is half the reason most people will buy these). In short they look great on my Jazzmaster and I really like them.

I bought these string guides to replace old ones on a Fender Squier Strat. Firstly, they fit this 20 years old Squier, which was not obvious because Squiers (made in Indonesia, or China, etc.) they are a world in itself when it comes to standards you are used to when you play a USA made Fender. Secondly, the design and geometry of these guides is very good.

I have been using one on my strat to replace the butterfly for over a year now. It's great, no need for risers, it's the perfect height to give break angle, but not over-tension the strings.
