Nice stand for the home studio
Anonymous 09.03.2017
Using this stand in my home studio for almost all types of mics.

Nice and sturdy, the chrome finish with black parts looks classy.

I would say that this stand is medium heavy in weight and is perfectly stable using regular dynamic mics or pencil condensers. On the other hand it's okay to put heavier big condenser/tube mics on them with shorter and less angled boom arm settings to stay in the stable zone.

It should be a little bit heavier for my liking, but it's an excellent price/value ratio. Much better than cheaper stands. Recommended.

Broke almost immediately...
Hob Junker 16.12.2017
Seemed like a great stand at first but then the first time properly using it the small clamp used to extend the boom arm broke which rendered the whole stand useless.

The particular clamp doesn't appear to be replaceable either so the only way for this stand to be if any use now is to drill a hole through the arm and fix it in place with a small nut and bolt.

Not what you want from a brand new stand...

It would be a great stand for the money if they didn't cheap out on that flimsy plastic clamps.

better than expected for price...

Great quality for the price, ideal stand for home or amateur use....the base is metal but the joints on the legs are plastic which is the only obviously fragile part of the unit....very happy with it though and would purchase again.....

K
Very good looking but fragile
K.A. 22.10.2018
I bought this mic stand mostly for playing live. It had done it's job for a couple of years, I still use it (for rehearsal) but after some extra screws
and tapes I had to put on, it's not so good looking any more. But it's good for it's price.
