It does exactly what it says and for a reasonable price.

The bridge pin puller is perfect, lifts them right out with little effort and without risk of damaging the pins as there can be when using pliers.

The string winder is perfectly functional, it's adaptable to a variety of tuners and works as expected. The handles have a nice grip on the which makes it easier. You can close the unit up and hold it by both handles or extend and just hold the one, whatever suits your hand. I can't remember how I used to manage changing strings without a winder.

The cutter is nice and powerful, it takes no exertion to cut 6 strings simultaneously. Just remember to take the tension out of the strings before you make a cut. It's also useful to trim the leftover string in the tuners because you can close the jaws over the string and slide it right up close to the pegs before making the cut, making it very neat.

It's a nice little unit that feels really solid, I don't imagine it breaking for quite some time, for the price you can't go wrong. If I lost it I'd have no hesitation in buying another.

I have had a few cheap string winders in the past, and a separate clipper thing to cut strings, and after one breaking my last one I decided just to spend the extra few bucks and get a good one...

You can really feel the quality difference if you are used to the cheaper ones. I use it on my two acoustics, electric and ukulele and it works great. Never slips off, even though they are all different sizes, and is just comfortable to wind.
The clippers work nicely too, not that there's any reason that they shouldn't, but its nice to have it all in one and have one less tool to worry about.
I can't quite figure out what the deal with the pin puller thing is though, it absolutely doesn't fit on any of my guitars (too thick) so it is completely useless. I still must resort to whatever appropriate thing is at arms reach, which often results in them getting scratched or damaged, but whatever I can live with it.

So I would recommend this for sure over any of the cheaper generic models, don't skimp on a few euros on something which you can probably use for years to come!

A must have when you're changing strings

All in one solution for string changing, I always have one in the bag for all my guitars for the last 12 years or so. Wind the string, cut the excess and you're good to go.

CS
Quality item.

I bought this because the name D'addario has a very good reputation.
It works an absolute treat on different types of guitar with different shapes of tuners. It really is a worthwhile item for any guitarist to have and makes changing strings super easy, even for a novice like me.
