Quality comes at a price
This is certainly not the cheapest headphone stand out there, and when I first ordered this product, I felt like I was maybe overspending.
When it arrived though, it was clear that this is a quality product. I'm not a woodworker but I'm pretty sure this is actual hardwood rather than veneer. The rubber pads on the bottom keep it from sliding around the desk, the rubber strip on top keeps the headphones from sliding off. It looks amazing and fits my desk wonderfully.

Sharp and Professional looking
This headphone stand is just what I needed in my home studio to have my expensive headphones not only on display but safe as well. A little overpriced in my opinion, however most quality ones seem to be upwards of $100 USD in most other locations so probably within reason for the quality and look.

High Quality
I ordered the walnut version of the stand since I needed a stand for my recently aquired Beyerdynamic T1. The stand arrived without any problems very well protected. The stand is made from actual walnut and not veneer. It looks great and is a nice fit for the T1 with enough clearance to prevent excessive cable bend near the earcups. The stand has rubber feet and is heavy enough not to slide when hanging or removing headphones.
If you're looking for a stand don't let the price put you off you will not be disappointed.
