Quality and sound far above its price

I would say it is a complete price performance monster, but it is a pedal that should say much more than its price. Very practical to use, you get used to using all settings in two hours. I had hesitations when ordering, but my two-day experience made me really happy.

It's very flexible, filled with sounds and functionalities, including the possibility to upload external irs. It sounds great, it's fast, has never had a software issue in over a year of owning it and has received two updates in that time. You can't go wrong

Bin 64 Jahre, Hobbymusiker in diversen Rockbands und habe schon alles gespielt wie Röhrenamps mit Pedalboard und diverse digitale Multieffektboards. Kemper und Helix waren mir zu umfangreich und kompliziert. Dann kam der PodGo und ich dachte der ist es jetzt, aber dann habe ich aus Neugier den GP 200 bestellt und ich muss sagen der steht dem PodGo in nichts nach und hat einige Vorteile.
Schnellvergleich mit PodGo:
- Sounds einen Ticken authentischer (Geschmachssache)
- reagiert besser auf den Vol-Poti der Gitarre (damit mach ich sehr viel)
- 12 Effektblöcke anstatt 9 (hat dafür keine Snapshots und direkt schaltbaren Stomp-Modus)
- das Programmieren direkt am Board geht mit Hilfe der Taster und Drehregler einfacher und schneller
- keine Latenz beim Umschalten der Presets !!!!!
- symetr XLR-Ausgänge (keine DI-Boxen notwendig)
- 9 Volt Standard-Buchse 5,5x2,1 (da passt jedes Netzteil !!!)
- Stromaufnahme nur 1000 mA, kann daher auch mit Powerbank betrieben werden
- 130 € billiger !!!
Mittlerweile habe ich auch Live-Auftritte damit gemacht und alles funktioniert Bestens.
Daher kann ich den GP200 als Geheimtipp nur empfehlen.

Rundum solides Multieffekt-Gerät

Rundum muss ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Valeton GP 200-R sehr zufrieden bin.
Einfache Bedienung d.h. man kann durch einfache Betätigungen im Menü schnell Änderungen vornehmen und speichern. Das Menü ist einfach aufgebaut und leicht zu verstehen. Also für einen Anfänger für mich ideal.
!!! Hatte vorher das Line 6 Pod Go und hatte da sehr viel Mühe, weil alles nach meinem Geschmack komplexer aufgebaut ist. !!!
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Amp-Einstellungen direkt über Dreh-Potis einstellbar sind d.h. man muss um seinen Sound einzustellen nicht jedes Mal ins Menü und da rum klicken.
Auch können die Fussschalter nach eigenem Geschmack eingestellt werden z.B. Patch +/-, Drum-Machine, Looper, Tuner, Ctrl. 1 - 4 - wirklich top.
Die Verarbeitung vom Gerät ist top, Metall-Gehäuse und die Fussschalter sind solide verbaut.
Das Valeton GP-200R bietet genug Möglichkeiten um seinen eigenen Sound zu finden: Mehrere Amps, Cabs, Delay, Reverb und so weiter.
Es hat einen integrierten Looper und Drum-Machine, welches auch über den Looper-Mode ein- und ausschaltbar ist. Mehrere Drum-Einstellungen können auch vorgenommen werden.
Also alles in allem, ideales und solides Startermaterial für Anfänger, welche sich mit Multieffekt-Geräten vertraut machen wollen. Aber auch ebenfalls ein Gerät welches für Fortgeschrittene Gitarristen Anspruch findet.
