The active QSC CB10 loudspeaker has been equipped by its renowned manufacturer with a whole host up‑to‑date features, following the trend towards battery‑powered and Bluetooth‑enabled audio devices for mobile use. The system is thus capable of flexible sound reinforcement anywhere, delivering wireless audio without the need for a power socket. Its three fully featured inputs consist of two XLR combo sockets and a separately controllable Bluetooth/AUX interface. Genuinely versatile

The QSC CB10 is built around a 10" woofer and a 1" tweeter, which together with the 440W Class D amplifier deliver up to 127 dB SPL. That's sufficient for audiences of around 40–80 people, depending on the venue's size, making it well suited to bars, workshops, and also outdoor events. The integrated three‑channel mixer is a real highlight: Each input has its own gain control, and the two XLR combo inputs also offer individually selectable presets for speech, vocals, dance music, or acoustic guitar. This allows the speaker to be used flexibly as a self‑contained PA , combining vocals, instrument and playback, all without an external mixing desk. For entertainers, the CB10 also provides useful features such as Mic Boost, ducking (automatic reduction of music when speech is detected), and a footswitch connection, for managing its features with an optional pedal during the performance.

The QSC CB10 is aimed at DJs, solo entertainers, and musicians who value not only sound quality and output, but also maximum mobility. Practical accessories

For outdoor use, QSC offers a weather‑resistant protective cover, the CB10‑CVR, which not only protects the speaker during transport but can also help keep the speaker dry if it's being used in poor weather conditions. The front cover can be folded back, while the rear section is removable, ensuring that all connections and controls remain accessible. For transport only, or for keeping the dust off in storage, there's also the CP12 tote bag, which is compatible with the CB10. Anyone planning longer deployments can significantly extend wireless operation with the interchangeable CB‑BATTERY; it is charged directly inside the CB10, though, so it's wise to remember to do this before the event starts.

QSC Loudspeaker Control

The Loudspeaker Control app allows full remote control of the CB10 as well as other Bluetooth‑enabled QSC devices, without users needing access to the control panel of rear of the speakers. Input levels, EQ, room delay, and the various presets can be adjusted conveniently straight from a smartphone. Bluetooth stereo or multicast configurations can also be managed centrally via the app. The user interface is designed as a neat digital replica of the speaker’s control elements, with the physical knobs shown as on‑screen faders.
