Die Blattschraube ist sorgfältig konstruiert, sehr stabil und gut verarbeitet und zudem auch ordentlich vergoldet. Ich benutze sie auf einem Jody Jazz HR*8* und einem D 'Addario Select Jazz D9M, wo sie jeweils einwandfrei passt. Die stabilen Andruckplatten auf der Unterseite sind durch die Rundungen so konstruiert, dass sie an jeweils nur zwei punktuellen Stellen (insgesamt also vier) Kontakt zum Blatt haben. Alle übrigen Bereiche des Blattes können frei schwingen. Die Dämpfung ist dadurch sehr gering. Potentielle Dynamik und Klangbrillianz sind hoch. Durch die beiden stabilen Schrauben ist ein individueller Andruck an das Blatt möglich, wodurch Klang und Ansprechverhalten je nach Wunsch verändert werden können (sehr positiv). Die Blattschraube sitzt fest und rutschfrei und lässt sich leicht befestigen. Die kleine, aus Gummi gefertigte, Kapsel zur Abdeckung der Blattspitze ist funktionell.
