Amazing little amp

Really lovely sounding amp, I guess it's supposed to be like a blues junior. It is really clear sounding and doesn't actually have as much gain as I expected having watched demos on YouTube. This is not necessarily a criticism, this is not the amp you should be buying for high gain use. It does do a nice driven blues sound, and despite only having a single tone knob, it can do a good range from too muddy to almost too harsh. The drive switch deosnt seem to do much other than make it a bit louder, but even though it's just 10W, it can get very loud. Effects loop is great, have reverb, delay and flanger all working well there. Despite not having a lot of gain there is still a really nice clean sustain when playing, which I thnk is because it is Class A. For this price I dont think you could beat this, as long as you dont need much gain, but then you could always add an overdrive pedal, fuzzface and duke of tone work well with it.

Das Layout entspricht dem der Anniversary-Combos, die um 2018 herum erschienen sind und von denen ich die EL-34-Variante besitze.
Das heißt: Ein-Knopf-Klangregelung, zuschaltbarer Booster, dessen Lautstärke nur indirekt zu beeinflussen ist. Das Ganze wie britischer Linksverkehr, Orange lässt grüßen.
Wer das so puristisch mag, der wird viel Freude daran haben. Ich habe das Topteil mit einer Box kombiniert, die einen 12" Fender Special Speaker by Eminence beherbergt. Es ist also nicht sehr überraschend, dass das Ergebnis ziemlich fenderig ist. Das heißt: Ein heller, glockiger Klang mit silbrigen Höhen.
Auch 10 Röhrenwatt können eine ziemliche Lautstärke entfalten, das sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Vieles wird auch vom angeschlossenen Cabinet abhängen.
Der digitale Hall hat zwar nicht die Klasse eines originalen Federhalls, ist aber gut einsetzbar. Wer gerne Pedale vor den Amp schaltet, wird hier einen dankbaren Abnehmer finden.

Genialer Amp wenn Mans einfach mag und Leiber seine Gain und sonstige Sounds mit Pedalen vom Amp macht. Das der Lautstärkesprung zum Gain Kanal nicht regelbar ist, macht mir nix. Meine Gainpedale sind aus der oberen Schublade und das passt hervorragend. Das Bürschchen nimmt alle meine Pedale dankend an, egal Obst Delay, Gain, Tremolo oder sonstiges ist. Ich werd den in zwei Wochen im Trio live spielen. Kaufempfehlung für alle die mit einfachen Regleraufbau einen schönen Ton haben wollen und keine Lust auf ewige Fummelei vor der Kiste steht, bis der passende Sound gefunden wird. Die Videos zeigen gut was der Amp an Sounds bringt
