Works but could be better
It does the job yes but I question the "double bubble" design instead of a flat surface. It makes the plastic come scarily close to the tonearm if you leave it on while playing.
Another lost opportunity is the fact that you can't attach the original hinges on this. Such an obvious thing to do, and it really impacts the usability of this item.
I have a bunch of decksavers for various gear and am happy with most of them, but they could have thought this one through a little bit better.

Best deck covers ever
Top-notch quality and perfect fit. I can remove them very quickly when I want to work on the decks. There’s no of that wrestling to pull them off like with the original lids which often don't come off smoothly. This version of the covers suits classic vinyl DJs the best BMHO and for those who like working on "naked" decks since live sets are often recorded with the turntables uncovered. I don't get the comments saying these covers aren't working if the platter is spinning underneath. Well, obviously not as I never listen to records with the turntable lid closed anyway so this might not work for Hi-Fi enthusiasts who likely prefer the original lids and just for listening to records unlike DJ's who keep the decks uncovered as they’re actively mixing records or recording live DJ sets. The packaging doesn't look cheap and come really decent for the price. You can tell just by looking and touching the product. I was surprised by how perfectly they fit the turntable. They really exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to anyone needing high-quality turntable covers that don't cost a fortune so it's an ideal way to protect your decks against dust, bumps, falling objects from height, spills, etc.
So to cut a long story short: Perfect fit & top-notch qually. Thanks to Thomann for selling great product and expeditive shipping.

Perfect to protect from the dust.
No chance to get dust cos is so sealed!!! Only remember to put the tonearm back on the armrest before cover the turntable, cos the profile of the cover is lower in the middle so there is a danger of squeezing down the tonearm. Also, DO NOT use this dust cover during playing your records for the same reason.

Surprisingly good
Decksavers replaced original Technics MK-2 dust covers which stud the test of time for at least 20 years.
They feel really sturdy and at the same time they are flexible which makes them hard to break. With the flat design they come really handy in tight spaces as you can safely put controllers or laptop on the top of your turntables. That was really tricky with original dust covers because of the tonearm bulb in the upper right corner.

Great replacement for the original cover
Like many 1200 owners, I've misplaced my original cover. Sad indeed, but this cover is a very good replacement. It doesn't have hinges, but it's really durable and keeps your precious 1200s clean and the tonearm and pickup safe from kids and falling objects.

Can't play records with the cover on
For the price I'm paying for a piece of plastic I would have liked that I could use it when records are playing. This is not the case because around a half of a 12" the needle gets stuck in that completely useless central step. It doesn't make any sense and you're paying almost 50€ for a stamped piece of plastic. I'm not giving it one star just because it does the job of covering... which is at least something.

Useful Technics cover
Was about to purchase classic Technics cover (over €100 a pcs.) but thought of a better and cheaper way - good ol' decksaver.
It is better not to use the player with a lid on so you'd remove the cover (as per manual). Hence the lid would used the same as the decksaver.
Fits M3D perfectly.
Saves from dust.
Things can be put on top.

Exactly what you are looking for!
Title says it all. The decksaver is well built, fits the turntables exactly, and is relatively cheap. Scratches over time, but who cares anyway?
