DW quality is exceptional. All their clamps are made from real (brushed) aluminum not molded cheap materials. They look solid and work perfect. But you have to go trough all the other brands to realise how much better dw clamps are.

Dieses Ding ist zur Sicherung der Rack-Clamps vorgesehen. Die passgenaue Metallnase des Teils sitzt in der dafür vorgesehenen Aussparung der Rack-Clamp und bietet eine zusätzliche Sicherung gegen Verrutschen. Durchaus sinnvoll, da auch schwereres Gerät wie z.B. ein größeres Hängetom sich nicht den Verlockungen der Schwerkraft hingeben wird. Die Teile sind problemlos nachträglich anzubringen weil klappbar - man braucht also bei einer Erweiterung des Sets nicht das ganze Rack auseinander zu reißen. Wie die Rack-Clamps macht auch das Memory Lock einen soliden und wertigen Eindruck.
Zum Einsatz kommt es bei mir an einem DW Rack, passt aber natürlich auch an Rundstangen anderer Hersteller mit dem gleichen Durchmesser.
