Отличный выбор
Alex Bond 06.06.2021
В карте 3 канала на выход звука - 2 jack 6,3 мм+1 jack 6,3 мм для наушников, и 2 канала на вход - xlr и jack 6,3 мм. Есть возможность прямой передачи звука на колонки через кнопку Direct Monitor.

Review from a producers eyes
prod. i2oldu 09.01.2022
The build quality is very solid, the base is from brushed metal coated in red color. The black front and back is some kind of glass imitation, does not hold well against scratches so I would recommend leaving the protective plastic on it. The knobs are very accurate and well made I have no complaints about it. Not many features are available for this interface, the app is practically useless, you cannot do much from there. It is important to mention that for people who are using studio monitors to mix their projects and also want to do recordings with this interface - it is not a great option. You don't have a separate knob for the output of headphones and studio monitors. Therefore you can't control the volume and it is really annoying when you want to record and you must turn off your studio monitors manually. The Focusrite 2i2 would be a better investment if you are ready to record vocals. The total points would be 6.5/10

Great Sound, But a Few Quirks
MisterDj 11.10.2024
The Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen is a solid choice for those looking for a budget-friendly audio interface with good sound quality. The preamps are clean, and it delivers a rich, clear sound that’s perfect for home recording, podcasting, or streaming. For its price, it offers excellent audio performance, making it a great entry-level interface.

However, there are a few downsides that should be considered. One of the more frustrating issues is that it occasionally disconnects from MIDI devices without warning, which can be a hassle during recording sessions. This random disconnect means having to reconnect and sometimes restart the software, which can disrupt the creative flow.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the Scarlett Solo doesn’t come with XLR outputs. For users looking for more versatile connectivity, this could be a limitation. However, given the price point, it’s understandable, and the interface still provides great value for what it offers.

Overall, the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen is a reliable, high-quality interface with some minor flaws. If you can overlook the occasional MIDI disconnect and the lack of XLR outs, it’s a great option for anyone starting out or looking for a simple yet effective audio interface.

S
Great audio interface for the money - easy to set up and use.
Steven2428 02.04.2022
I've used Steinberg interfaces for years, and I like them pretty well. But, I wanted to branch out and trying something different. I also have an SSL 2+ which is a nice interface, but more expensive. I needed something a little less expensive, that was quick to set up and portable. The Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen hit the spot. They set up quick and easy, have decent sound, the software is flexible enough for me, overall very happy, I have three of them now.

Very good beginner gear
Bart Vaes 11.11.2021
Excellent beginner gear, with 1 TRS and 1 Jack input and 2 balanced outputs. Very sturdy, high quality built.
The "Air" button is nice to brighten up your music.

Minor points are: it has a direct monitor output, but the no separate volume control for it.
Since gen.3 the device is listed as Mass Storage Device after connecting. You need the proprietary Focusrite software to switch it to audio device. This wasn't the case with gen. 2 devices.

‏In principle, some do not want a cable with noise or confusion, and I am among you, I may pay what can be paid to get the quality in the sound (it is not as if I regret paying thousands in the guitar) but the clear sound and the multiplicity of choices and the right price all I found in this audio interface, do not think a lot, buy it and thank me later

C
Small, sturdy and excellent quality
Chris.S 05.01.2026
I travel weekly between 2 cities for work, needed something to be able to play my bass on my free time without having to get a 2nd amp or carry the one i got back and forth.
A friend recommended the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen. The price was on point (though i missed the 4th gen on discount for a day when i purchased this...). Its really small, made of metal, the knobs feel great, they do light up when sound is produced. In general it feels sturdy and of good quality. Interface is intuitive and easy to plug and play. One USB-C to power and connect it to a pc/laptop. The software is fine, but there are many alternatives out there to use.
i use it with my laptop and headphones to play some bass as a hobby, and for that it works great. In the future i might experiment with it more in depth.
