Very disappointing
Curt_R 06.04.2022
After a 6 month wait, I was very excited to finally have the guitar delivered.

Unfortunately, after opening the case, I noticed what looked like several splotches of white filler in the fretboard.
There a a couple of small chips in the paint to bare wood at the end of the fretboard.
The binding hasn't been scraped squarely and there is a big bubble of paint, most likely with a paint chip underneath, right under your eyeline at the end of the fretboard.

Some positives are that it was reasonably packaged, with no movement in the Gibson box. Apart from the mentioned issues above, the rest of the guitar looks fine.

I didn't plug it in, since I was very dissapointed with the cosmetic issues, so can't comment on the sound.

Hopefully I'll get a replacement without any blemishes without too long a wait.

You can't go wrong with it

I saw many players that use flying v through the years.James Hetfield, Michael Schenker and many more.I like how it looks. It came absolutely in good condition, set and playable. No problems with the paint, binding, frets, pots or anything. It came with hard case and leather strap.Pickups are 70's and sounds great for rock and heavy music.High output 15k.
The only one thing that I don't like is the pickup switch place. So I swapped it with one of the pots and now i'm happy!
Very good guitar that plays great, sounds and looks great!
