Millenium Laptopstand Dock

Basic thing for basic usage. Quite stable solid stand for my laptop or other studio gear. With a good price tag.

The biggest disadvantage in my opinion is that it lacks some ability to change the angle of its arms. It's not possible, still the same angle. Also, it's not an easy task to change its height. You actually need to undo the whole stand to the screws doing so.

Otherwise, I can't complain. It does what it should.

As a laptop stand, this is great, and build quality is robust for the price. However, if you want to use the tray more or less horizontally, rather than sloping down with the front edge touching the feet, you will need to make your own prop, as the screws along the back edge will not hold the shelf if you put any weight on it. I have my laptop on the top, and my audio interface on the shelf, and I've had to stick a piece of wood underneath the shelf so that I can see the controls on the front of the interface.

I bought them to keep my laptop to match the height with my video monitors. It indeed does the job. I thought it would made from cheap quality metal, but is as solid as iron rod. You can use it for multiple purpose. I used it to keep my keyboard once too.

Also, the mid rack is so useful, I keep my focusrite Scarlet and recording items on that, which keeps it handy for me to control the monitors.

Moreover, I have kept my line 6 pod go on the bottom most shelf of this stand that makes that I was custom made for my stuff. My desk seems so compact and manageable now.

bought to raise my laptop up off the desk unit i use as part of my studio. it didnt come with instructions so assembly wasnt clear, but after taking a second look at the image on thomann, assembly made more sense and was assembled in no more then ten minutes. the stand is strong and sturdy making it a good fit for most laptops / macbooks out there. item delivered on time and with no damage to the stand or the packaging

i find it is not correctly and throughout well designed, so i mounted it purposefully upside down to have the slant on the upper tier as i needed.
the middle tray is useful for an audio interface or a little effect unit.
the lower arms can host another little unit in the middle.
no assembly instructions, some more examples and flexibility would have been appreciated.
