Solid bit of kit at a great price point
Well built, very playable pad. On first impressions, the feel and quality seem great.
Obviously, it's never going to have the same dynamic sensitivity of its more expensive competitors but I'm not using this to replace or replicate an acoustic snare sound-wise. I'm using it as part of a hybrid set-up where I need a very consistent electronic snare sound but with the playing feel of a real drum as opposed to rubber or smaller mesh pad. For this, it does the job nicely

Quite good. The problem is the trigger after some use
The construction of the snare drum is quite good, also the meshes are good. The problem is the main trigger that, after some time, gets stuck and need to be changed. Anyway Thomann (very efficient) sent me a brand new snare in substitution, covered by guarantee. Could be useful the availability of spare parts (main trigger 3,5 mm and its foam inside the drum and all the plastic part of the sensor) to change after the expiring of the guarantee. Five stars to Thomann tecnical service.

Works great with my Alesis crimson 2 !
I got the snare today . It works fantastic off the box . We’ll build . Amazing value for what I paid . I’m super pleased 🙏
