Great playability
I bought this bass after an old school friend [world renowned professional bass guitarist] recommended a different acoustic instrument ... from Thomann. That particular bass was not available, but this was.
I was seduced by the beautiful ebony body, but the sound and playability are brilliant.
I particularly like the way the volume is acoustically balanced. The bottom E doesn't disappear into the box.
My main use for a bass is in recording, but this would hold it's head up in most settings.
