Pearl TH-88

The pearl mounts aren't pretty in my opinion. The fat tubes never look great to me, but.... They work well. I use this to support a 10 inch snare that I converted to a subkick microphone. This together with a snarestand base is sufficiently strong and sturdy to support a snare on its side with a heavy speaker mounted inside it. So year, good stuff!

I've had a 1980's Pearl Professional DX drumkit for years and one of the tom holders has always been faulty. I'd never considered there would be a replacement part for a 30 year old drumkit until I bought some other bits and pieces from Thomann and saw the huge range of gear available. Looking through the website quickly identified the TH-88 as a suitable close matching replacement (for a great price as always) and within days it was at my house (in the Channel Islands) and being fitted. 5 minutes, job done and my drumkit is "professional" again.

For the price, these are ideal, sturdy, good fitting, great quality.
