Quality & all pins connected

Bought a few short versions first to check if all 5 pins connected, they are, so ordered more longer versions. The quality is just as good. There are a few occasions when 5 pin connections needed, for DMX signal, plus low voltage power connection too. Recommend. Overall the service from Thomann has been excellent over the past five years I've been buying from them.

5pin and actually 4wires + ground

I needed a 15M 5pin XLR that was fully wired for a superlux stereo microphone.
Most 5pin DMX are only 2wires+ground. this was the only one that i found that was fully cabled.
I needed this for heavy touring.

The connectors are bad quality, the onbly reason it survived 80 or so shows is because we put shrink tube around the connectors. Wel it didn't survive actually, after 20 or so shows the Ground was disconnected so I lost phantom power on my ambience mics. I resolderd both connectors.

The quality of the cable is not good.

I do not recommend this product for touring, this is probably great for install.
