The Rode NTH-100M combines the advantages of the NTH-100 headphones with the functionalities of a high-quality microphone. Thanks to its extremely comfortable earcups and specially matched drivers, this headset is optimally equipped for a natural, linear sound reproduction with minimal distortion. The NTH-Mic microphone with an elegantly sleek design provides voice reproduction in professional broadcast quality. Compared to other over-ear headsets in the medium price segment, the NTH-100M is equipped with two earcups instead of one, which will win over users with their low-profile, closed design that promises undisturbed listening pleasure in stereo thanks to passive noise isolation.

Maximum comfort and professional broadcast quality
The NTH-100M comes with a 2.4m TRRS cable featuring a 3.5mm mini-jack plug on one end for connecting the headset to a computer and a special connector on the other end that is easily locked in the earcup with a single twist. A splitter cable for a separate microphone input and headphone output is also included in the scope of delivery. The NTH-100M offers comfort like nothing else: Its sound-optimised earcups comprise cushions with CoolTech gel for a pleasant cooling effect on the ears and Alcantara for excellent skin breathability even when worn over longer periods of time. The spring steel headband, which is equipped with a cushion and a scratch-resistant coating, can be securely adjusted to fit any head using the FitLok locking system. The headphones boast an impressive frequency response that goes from 5Hz up to 35kHz – beyond the audible range of the human ear – and ambient noise attenuation of around 20dBA. After attaching the Rode NTH condenser microphone to the headphones by inserting its connector into the right earcup, users will be able to enjoy broadcast-quality sound at frequencies ranging from 20Hz to 20kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 106dB.

The NTH-100M microphone is optimally positioned for rejecting plosives when speaking loudly during gaming, for example. Perfect for gaming and on stage
The MTH-100M comes with colour-coded rings that facilitate identification if several headsets are used simultaneously. Rode also offers additional NTH connection cables, such as the pink NTH-Cable 12P, in various colours and two different lengths. Connecting the MTH-100M to the 6.35mm jack socket of a mixing console or audio interface for live sessions or studio recordings is child’s play thanks to the included adapter. Musicians who don’t require a microphone for monitoring simply remove the NTH-Mic from the headphones and close the unused socket off with the rubber seal that is included in the delivery. Replacement cushions and an NTH-Mic microphone can also be purchased separately.
