Not the Best
The number of pages alone makes this good value for money, but overall, I am disappointed. I use manuscript paper to write out my basslines, using pencil or ballpoint pen, and I highlight chord changes, position shifts, tricky passages etc using a red "gel-like" pen. Usually I don't have to rewrite my notes, or copy them in Musescore to print them out, however I think I'll be doing more of that in the future :-\
I'm used to 12 staves per page, but these are much narrower, with a large gap between them (this may be preferred by some people). The marks made on the page are visible from the back, and the only situation I can imagine using both sides would be if taking notes in a music lecture with a view to writing them up before discarding the original. Indeed, I think I will be using this pad solely for "rough" notes, and save my Portland manuscript Book for the smart stuff.

Good quality
Good quality paper with only the staves printed, gives you the freedom in either writing or copying down compositions.

Notation paper
Good quality paper with a nice parchment colouring. The pages are not punched and are glued to a common binding at the top. The backing is of strong card which allows you to use the book on your knee without having to find a hard surface to lean on. The staves may be a bit on the small side for some but as long as you are neat it should serve you well.
