Well made, but RDM did not work at all
I bought this device specifically for its RDM capabilities, and wasted hours testing with various fixtures and software but to no avail.
The major issue is there is no Firmware updates available, the device ships with v.1.3 and on the website is only v1.1 available, so they have never published any updated - however, regardless of the firmware RDM simply does not work at all. I asked a colleague who has one to check theirs and they had the exact same problem, it looks like it is simply not enabled in the firmware.
Contacting the producer is impossible, they have no means of contact and neither does the parent company. Just a wholesaler who has zero intention of customer service.
Otherwise, cannot fault the Artnet, worked perfectly and the LCD Display was very convenient, but if you need RDM... best check it carefully.
Other than this it is well made, can't complain about the manufacturing quality or the finishing, tough ar rugged overall.

Works well
A handy tool for controlling lights without having to invest in a lighting desk or to use as a backup. I am using it with a laptop running MA Lighting's Dot2 and it has not failed me yet. It does feel a bit cheap but you do get what you pay for and in this case, the price makes this product well worth it.

Fantastic product
Does exactly what it says. It's surprising at this price point that it supports proper standards-compliant 802.3af PoE. Have used with both Artnet and SaCN and both work flawlessly. The menu system is simple but uncluttered and has all the options one could really need. Will no doubt add more of these to my rig in future.

great balance of price and quality
This is a very feature-rich unit for such a small and affordable item. Build quality is very solid, in a metal case with pro quality connectors. I'd happily buy one again.

Good sACN and ArtNet node
We have the 2- DMX universe small theatre system and this node allowed us to network the whole DMX setup. As such - no more cumbersome DMX cabling - just power and one network cable from mixer position to the DMX distribution rack. Works as charm!

An amazing little box
I use this as a sACN interface with an Android app. Could not be happier. Does everything as supposed to. Configuration is a bliss. The app handles the rest.

Best DMX Output Node On The Market
I've used various output nodes from many manufacturers (ETC, MA, Chauvet, Elation, Pathways) and this is my favorite, regardless of price. Additionally, it is also much cheaper than the alternatives! The interface is easy to work with. Power supply and PoE options are nice to have. The indicator lights are super helpful for troubleshooting. High marks.

as good as the more expensive counterparts
Easy to install, recognized immediately within my system.
I can control my lights with different softwares, from my computer or even my phone
2 universes are more than enough for most normal usages.
I highly recommend
