Great for super clamps

Excellent for rigging and de-rigging lights. I have Manfrotto super clamps and also Adam Hall super clamps and these work will with them and also the Gravity LS Super TB 01 T-bar. they don't work well with Global Truss Quick Snap Mini for some reason and leave the light hanging crocked.
