Tama Hardware is amazing. Every piece of this set is a masterpiece, good construction, good quality.
I used 900 series pedals and Hi-hat stand before, but there are no big differences. Tha snare stand is stable and easy to adjust the hight and the position. Good improvement is the fast thighten system on the tip of the cymbal stands. Easy to change cymbals whithout turning the knob like 1000 times. This set is a good choice for a reasonable price!

Solides Hardware-Set mit leichten Schwächen on the Road

Ich habe 20 Jahre mit massiver Pearl-Hardware gelebt.
Mit dem Umstieg auf Tama habe ich mich nun für dieses Hardware-Set entschieden.
Alles sehr solide, doppelstrebig und wenig Kunststoff. Tolles Pedal, super HiHat-Stand. Der Snare-Ständer ist auch super.
Die Beckenklammern sind top.

Einzige Mankos im Vergleich zu Pearl sind:
Galgenschraube - Ich war es gewohnt die Galgen mit einer einzigen Schraube verstellen zu können. Nun sind hier zwei schrauben gleichzeitig zu bedienen.
Sicherungsklammern - Bei Pearl gab es auch an den Galgen Sicherungsklemmen um die Position nach dem Abbau wieder schnell finden zu können. Die sind hier auch nicht enthalten.

Mein neues Set steht nun dauerhaft im Studio. Daher waren diese Nachteile für mich nicht ausschlaggebend.
Wenn ich aber an meine Jahre auf der Bühne denke wären allein die zwei Schrauben am Galgen ein Ausschlusskriterium. Eine Hand ist am Galgen die andere an der Stellschraube, also wird es mit der dritten Hand schwierig ;-)
