Excellent value for money
Bought this mainly because they operate in the duplex band which is not used that much in the UK and will compliment my other channel 38 systems where more channels are needed. At this price point it is hard to find a dual mic system with these features and build quality that also has a true diversity receiver. Two of these in a 1U space with a rack mount mixer makes for an extremely compact PA system that is perfect for the small wedding pre-dinner drinks singers I PA for a lot. You will need to get a 1U rack tray, some BNC cables and t-pieces to combine the two systems into one pair of antenna and avoid 4 twigs at the back of your rack but Thomann sell this stuff as well. Battery life is good, handling is better than average, they look and feel good in the hand and handling noise in no way bad although if you're recording it could become an issue. On the whole a very nice mic system indeed.

Good product but not for professional use
Bought these microphones for use in various small events - karaoke, weddings etc. As cheap wireless option.
First example arrived with dead but Thomann quickly sent me new one.
I own also Shure BLX24/SM58, so can compare to it.
Pros: It does the job - signal is strong and so far no dropouts. Sound is ok for speech and even vocals but not as good as Shure.
Cons: Noticed on about 20m distance when signal comes in one can hear some digital noises. It is more noticable on one microphone.
823 Mhz area is free and very busy. Should choose frequency channel carefully.
Battteries not last as long as no Shure BLX but copes with 1 event.
Also handling noise is more prominent.
Overall good product with nice specs and nice price. Nowhere near the sound and quality of Shure BLX/SM58 but ok for the cheaper price and you get 2 mics. I suppose wiser would be to choose model which comes in 600 MHz range.

Amazing sound quality and features for the price but not very durable
We've been using these microphones for 2 years now and we've been pleased with them for the most part. Sound quality is amazing for the price, comparable to some of the high end systems out there. There are lots of features such as the IR frequency syncing which makes pairing microphones a breeze. However, we have found ourselves constantly repairing the microphone transducer wiring as they have a tendency of breaking at the (seemingly) lightest of drops. To be fair, we regularly gig with these mics and they do suffer their fair share of wear and tear. In a nutshell, if you're a gigging musician or regularly move your gear around, then I'd go for a more durable alternative like the Sennheiser XSW 1-825 (which we've recently purchased but are yet to put it through it's paces), however if you're just a casual user at home or in the studio and don't tend to move equipment around a lot, then this is perfect for you.

Quality
It does the job. I have decided to go all in with the T-bones for my vocals and it hasn’t disappointed. Worth for the investment.

Nice.
I have a couple of top quality acoustic combo's, one mic input + guitar.
'We' are a duo, 2 singers, one female. This 'freeU' 2 mics, has a summed single output jack, separate volumes for each mic.
I'm not into wires any more, so this is perfect for me & my setup. With thoman reliability.
I did try some smaller, more expensive makes, but all had various problems. FreeU has no problems yet and sound quality is great for live gigs.
