This is my second Thon case purchase from Thomann, I have the Yamaha MODX Plus soft bag which came with my MODX 7 Plus which I kept when I got the MODX M 7 which fits the M7 but I wouldn’t trust any soft bag hence why I was waiting the Thomann to produce the flightcase for the M7.

I have a number of full flight cases for my equipment which cost double what this case costs but the Thon cases meet the requirements of fully protecting what’s inside and at the price point they represent great value, Decent construction and at not much more cost than the official soft bag, for me it’s a no brainer in choosing the Thon Yamaha MODX M7 flight case, One thing to note is that the lid has profiled foam which is cut to meet the contours of the M7 and as a result the M7 fits nice and snug inside, I do wish that the case was foam lined in the lid and base but as seems to be the case with Thon Keyboard case they are part lined. It’s not a deal breaker just a wish !

I feel confident that the M7 will survive the rigours of the road and it looks like it will last and if your thinking about better secure protection for your MODX M look no further.
