Dissapointed
So I bought this stand for my AT2020, and the joint which goes into desk clamp has broken after 3 days. Returned and got PSA-1.

Works well as a desk clamp
This mic stand works well for the intended purpose, and I would say that for the price, it's worth it.
There are some downsides, as I feel that the clamp should have a wider base, so that some less dense tables don't compress under its weight. Otherwise, the springs work well and don't really have too much or too little tension. There is also the case of the screw that holds the arm itself to the base. It might be hard to twist the arm, as the screw that holds it might be a bit too tight and twist the entire base.
These things aside, I would consider that this microphone stand is well worth the money, and I would recommend it.

You get what you pay for
This is really not up to scratch, quality wise. As soon as I first used it I could not get it manipulated to a good working angle and the mic holder keeps coming loose.
I will buy a better one soon.

Cheapest stand and holds up well so far
I use this stand with a Tbone 440 microphone. There is no cable management, so you will need to use some zip ties like I did for holding it. The pretension on some nuts seems to be higher that needed, making it sometimes a little bit hard to move, and the one holding the microphone seems to be a little bit loose, so sometimes microphone will angle down by itself.
However for 14 Euros I think you can take some time to re-adjust the nuts and bolts. It does what it should and hopefully longevity will be there.

It needed extra Screwing
I got it and it's so nice but it couldn't handle the weight of my microphone which was pretty light and i had to screw it up a bit and works fine

Good stand f or the price
the swivling is not very sturdy unless you really fix it in place (due to the design of the shaft that goes into the desk mount), but nothing to be worried about and the rest of the stand is very good. Happy customer here.

Good value for money
Used this for my desk setup for some time, and have nothing bad to say about this. I'm not a heavy user so for a professional or mor advanced users, it might not be the right choice.
