I had some issues with the quality control on the UDG covers (arrived with marks), but Thomann’s customer service team was outstanding. They resolved the issue immediately and helped me upgrade to the official Native Instruments cover instead. Because of their support, I have peace of mind knowing my MK3 is now perfectly protected.
