Gutes Mundstück für Jazz, Pop etc.
Habe das Jumbo Java als Alternative für ein Peter Ponzol Messing Mundstück, es ist etwas weniger präsent und ist in einem Bläsersatz besser einzusetzen. In Zusammenspiel mit der optionalen Battschraube Optima ganz hervorragend.

Als Saxophonist ist man ständig auf der Suche nach den optimalen Sound, meine Vorstellung war der Sound von Kirk Whalum und mit diesem Mundstück habe ich endlich das Richtige gefunden.

I took a chance on this mouthpiece because I was looking for another nuance, something that would be darker/mellower than my existing favourite (an original Dave Guardala) and yet still have plenty of life and character. I'm happy to say that this mouthpiece combined with the Vandoren ligature is very good, livelier than I had expected (even unanimously approved by a recent audience). Excellent value at a low cost. I've recently returned a mouthpiece that was four times the price of this Vandoren Jumbo Java T 95 because I actually prefer the Vandoren... this is an excellent mouthpiece.
