IA
The greatest ring mod
Ivan Arp 24.04.2026
I’ve been using the Warm Audio RingerBringer mainly for tremolo and ring mod sounds, and it does both quite well. At slower settings I use it as tremolo to add movement and rhythm with the lfo, and when I push it further it gets into more metallic ring mod tones.

Build quality is solid and reassuring. The enclosure feels sturdy, the knobs have a good amount of resistance, and overall it gives the impression that it can handle regular use without any issues. Nothing feels cheap or fragile.

I bought it after hearing how artists like Jeff Parker and Angine de Poitrine use this kind of modulation. It made me curious about exploring tremolo and ring mod textures in a more creative way

It’s been a blast

Too many cheap details 😖
avantgarde423 20.12.2025
This is a cheap clone of the Moog MF-102 that I bought to protect my original from wear and tear in live settings. Unfortunately, there's a tendency to cut corners here... the construction is sketchy, all the jacks are plastic, and the 9V battery doesn't have its own housing and bangs against the circuit components. More attention to detail could definitely have been paid.
