Leicht zu spielen

Ich selber spiele ein M4 mit "Spezialbearbeitung" (Blattauflage noch etwas abgeschliffen) um so mehr Flexibilität in der Lautstärke und im Ton zu haben. Für den Nachwuchs habe ich die aktuellen M3+ M4 M4+ und M4* von Wurlitzer für einen Test besorgt.
Alle Mundstücke sind sehr gut was die Ansprechbarkeit angeht - also sehr leicht zu spielen. Vom Sound her auch, weicher klarer Ton.
Doch das Problem: Vor allem das M4+ und M4* machen bei stärkerem Blasen sehr schnell die Bahn zu was zu den berühmten aufgeblasenen Backen führt... D.h. wenig Variationsmöglichkeit in der Lautstärke, ein marcato/sforzato kaum spielbar. Das M3+ blieb schließlich übrig, meistert die Lautstärke noch am Besten.
Daher für Anfänger, die noch nicht über eine gewaltige Puste verfügen am besten geeignet.

Einfach gut

Das Mundstück passt wie angegossen zur Bohrung meiner Wurlitzer Klarinette wodurch sie eine sehr leichte Ansprache, gute Intonation und einen klaren Ton perfekt für Konzerte erhält.

Für einen etwas "fetteren" Klang sollte man evtl. eine etwas offenere Bahn probieren.

Das Wurlitzer M3+ ist mit einer guten Ansprache geprägt und bringt mit wenig Mühe einen runden, wohl klingenden Sound. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr zufriedenstellend und weißt keine Mängel auf.
