A nice hinge, but not for too much weight
I put this hinge on my 10+ kg home-built 19" rack. Including instruments it currently weighs ~17 kg. The hinge starts to bend quite a bit with this weight but is still quite comfortable for short distances (anyway 17 kg is a lot already). It would have been nice if the design weight would have been indicated. For now the hinge holds, but I'm not constantly dragging the rack around. For the weight of the rack it still feels sturdy and solid, not wobbly. Nevertheless I would not use it for much heavier equipment.

very good handle
After 23 years the handle from my Gibson bass case broke down. To repair the case I bought the keen Adam Hall 3417. For me it was no problem, that it was delivered without screws. After installing the handle I am very happy with it, because it is more stable than the original handle.

So far so good
I'm using this to replace a broken handle, and it works well for the price. The material and craftsmanship are fine and meet my expectations. Just note that screws arenβt included, so make sure you have those ready before installing.
