A very decent and necessary product !
I didn't even know about the existence of such solutions before. If you have free space in your rack case, I definitely recommend it. There are always some things that find a place there and there is no danger that something will be forgotten.
We keep there ear monitors and a laptop, because we use backtracks at shows.
The only complaint is that the drawer cannot be locked when it closed and it moves back and forth during transport.

Big strong draw, weak ears
Unfortunately the rack ears on one side got mashed in shipping to the UK, but I managed to attach it anyhow and it seems okay for now. Too much effort to send back to replace.
Aside from that, the draw is very sturdy but it does have a tendency to open on its own. In hindsight I should have got the thomann draws, ordered two of them for another project and the latch feels a bit more secure but the runners on this one are much smoother, and it opens further out which is great.

I bought several of these, 2U, 3U and 4U to built in my thomann studio desk double. All are built very well & feel solid. One downside is packaging: allthough these are packaged quite good, if the box had a hit on the wrong corner, you'll have a bent rack ear. 3 out of 5 ordered boxes had bent ears. I straightend them again with 2 pieces of wood and a hard rubber mallet. Pliers might work too.
