Compré esta funda para proteger mi caja Mapex BP "The Phantom" y es perfecta.
Es muy resistente y las cremalleras son de gran calidad. Si bien puede que no sea tan aconsejable como un hardcase si son otros los que transportan tu batería, si eres tú quien se hace cargo, no veo mejor opción. Es impermeable y el interior de borreguillo está pensado para proteger los cromados e incluso el casco de la caja.
Otro punto a valorar muy positivamente es la forma de cuña que tienen estas fundas, y que te permite ubicar en ese espacio el tirador de la bordonera en el caso de una caja o el tom holder en el caso de un tom, eso hace que la caja o tambor queden más ajustados dentro de la funda.
Si bien el espacio es suficiente para guardar y retirar la caja de la funda sin problemas, no deja estacio para extras. Mis cajas de 12" las llevo con el groove wedge de Yamaha para mejorar el crosstick, y en esta funda me veo obligado a retirarlo cada vez que la guardo, pero no es problema.
