Great product but bad support

The product itself is excellent. Unfortunately, when you try to install the software for Mac, it doesnt download properly from thei rwebsite. I have seen other comments on this so I know Im not the only one. A bit disappointing, as the product itself is exactly what I expected.

Great Midi Controller

Midi Controller with Easy to use software and lots of Customizability.
I cant control the LEDs using Midi, but thats not that big of a problem.
Overall great Product. Works plug and play.
