Allen & Heath SQ6 Dust Cover

This cover serves its purpose; I have no problem with that.

However, what I really don't appreciate is the high price, which I feel is unnecessary, to the point of price gouging, on the part of Allen & Heath.

My biggest issue is the smell of this cover. It smells like old fish, and further reading online leads me to think that the material of this cover has possibly been treated with dangerous or unhealthy chemicals.

I have contacted Allen & Heath, who have acknowledged my concerns, but they are still reviewing whether the cover contains dangerous chemicals. They have not confirmed in over a week, so I would use caution before purchasing this and other A&H dust covers, especially if you have young children.
