Very good and tight
Very nice input.
It is very very very tight, you have to bend the pin a bit outwards to make it less thight and useable without it feeling you are trying to put a jack-cable into a wall Or feeling you have to be The Hulk to remove the jack-cable again.. :-)
It only has one mounting ring included..
When you put this on a pickguard (stratocaster or precision bass) then you will need 2 of these rings...
4 stars because it only has one ring included, i do not understand why they do not include another one.

Perfect fit and easy to solder
Switchcraft always offers quality products to the right price, this 1/4 Mono Jack is not exception. Well threaded it fastens securely. Great replacement for cheap or failing electronics.

Solid built Jack socket
I've used this to replace the stock on my HB SC450 and TE52. Mainly because the stock items felt and sounded fragile when plugging in. This continued to remind me that I had bought affordable guitars despite their great sound and playability. These were easily installed with just needing to solder the connecting wire. The only minor issue is that the socket does not come with a second nut to allow you to set how far the socket comes out of the plate. Still very happy with the result.

Good upgrade for noisy output
Had a noisy output on a Squier '51 from 2008, replaced it with this Switchcraft.
Sturdy part, and no crackling sounds. Good price too!

Good
I upgraded the cracking Jack I had on my Mexican Fender Stratocaster. It is a bit harder to get the cable in but otherwise unproblematic and fine.
