I Already own 6no. pieces purchased approx 3 years ago, and they operate just fine... we love them ! However... this recent purchase of 2no. more... they failed to operate correctly after just 1 week of use !
Not impressed... they are an expensive product, will be returning them to Thomann for a full refund... very disappointing...
