Vorweg. Ich bin kein klassischer Schlagwerker. Mein Lieblingsschlagfell war bis dato das Modern Vintage von Aquarian (in der Stärke Medium). Bin hier beim Stöbern auf das Asquara gestoßen und einfach mal bestellt.
War erst sehr skeptisch, da der Fellkragen eher einem Billigfell entspricht.
Bin dann aber positiv überrascht worden. Das Fell stimmt sich sehr leicht,
produziert angenehme Obertöne. Dämpfen war bei mir im Proberaum nicht erforderlich. Sehr gutes Anspruchsverhalten. Durch die dünne Folie schneller Rebound. Das Coating ist sehr fein. Will heißen, Besenspiel macht von Anfang an Spaß. Nach knapp 40 Stunden Spielbetrieb nichts zu bemängeln. Hoffe nur das es noch länger hält. Fazit: Für Acoustic/Jazz/Soul/Blues unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Mittels Rimshottechnik auf für Pop und Rock (aber wohl eher bedingt geeignet) anwendbar. Kauftipp
