For the money these are pretty good
For context, I used these on tom toms. Set to neutral, the tone was a little flat - I switched to boost the EQ and the tone of the toms was better, but overall these mics were a little lackluster and so I sent them back... Pity.
But, if you're on a budget, totally worth it as they're not bad. Just not great.

Just sounds dull and lifeless compared to e609, e906 and PRA628.
