Don’t bother…

I purchased one of these a few years ago with the accompanying headphone boxes. I have to say back then it was a good product that never caused me any trouble. Very affordable.
Then one day it stopped sending audio even though the lights showed that there was signal.
It is impossible to get through to Customer care.
I replaced it last year and after a week it the new one broke. Same problem. I bought another it broke same problem. I bought another same again.. I am only buying them again as it’s the only headphone system in the studio .
So on number 4 now with no back up. I am really considering just scrapping the whole lot and moving to another to another company.
