Ich spiele seit über 20 Jahren verschiedene Hakenharfen und unterrichte auch Harfe. Vor kurzer Zeit habe eine 38-saitige Pillar-Harfe aus zweiter Hand erworben, mit deren Klang ich beim Kauf zufrieden war, bis auf den sehr dumpfen Klang der Saiten 28-30 (d-f). Mein Problem war, dass die Saiten, die ich erneuern wollte, am Übergang zwischen Nylon- und Stahlsaiten liegen. Es ist nicht leicht, für diesen Bereich eine Besaitung zu finden, die einen klanglich ausgewogenen Übergang zum Bassbereich ermöglicht.

Der Thomann-Mitarbeiter aus der Streicherabteilung hat mich auf der Suche nach den geeingeten Saiten sehr freundlich, ausführlich und kompetent beraten - das fand ich toll! Der Klang der von ihm empfohlenen Saite ist fein und harmoniert gut mit dem Klang der umliegenden Saiten. Vielen Dank!
