K
mooie analoog geluid !
Kapser 07.01.2023

DM
Versatile quality wah-wah pedal
Dr Melban 10.10.2024
A small and handy wah-wah pedal that fits smoothly on your pedalboard (compare it to a Cry Baby pedal!). It's a really versatile piece, produced by one of my absolute favourites pedalmakers, the Danish Carl Martin. This pedal is solid though it's small, and gives you a variety of different sounds to choose from. Once you have mastered this little wonderpedal (wich won't take you too long), you will love it and cherish it!

Very neat pedal form, not mini but slim and with top jacks, so easy to fit on a board. Decent funky sounds however, it’s an occasional use thing - filter pass options make it less extreme for more general use.

Excellent and versatile autowah, may require adjustment.
stimresp 12.02.2026
I bought the Ottawa on the strength of Youtube demos. Construction is very solid and it exudes quality. It is a really fun pedal to play with with and sounds really, really good, providing a nice array of different sounds from subtle to wild.

Of course it easily funks-up my rhythm playing but also gives really interesting results on solos. I'm really pleased with it overall.

One thing to note is that - initially - I found that when placed before my drives I had to really whack the strings to fully trigger the envelope even with the Attack knob at maximum.

I then saw a Youtube comment that mentioned an internal input gain trimpot. I had to completely disassemble the pedal to get to it, which was a 30 minute job, but adjusting this pot solved my issue. This may be just a result of variability between units. Still, one star docked for the inconvenience.

With that said, I can now wakka-wakka-wah all day long with a smile on my face.
