Cioks DC7

This is a lovely powerful yet slim piece of kit.

I have a Rockboard Tres 3.2. With the patchbay installed space was a little tight underneath, so I unscrewed one of the two middle supports on the Rockboard and it fits fine now. I've attached it to the board by using Thomann V2020 velcro cable straps. By velcroing two together you can make a strap plenty long enough to wrap around the DC7. I might drill holes at some point but this works for me at the moment anyway, at least until I'm sure of a final configuration.

The DC7 is probably overkill for my needs, but it's nice to have kit that isn't maxed out. The only remotely big draw pedals I run are an RC500 and a DD200. There are only seven outlets on the DC7 but each one supplies 660mA at 9v. I've daisychained a few regular Boss pedals and there isn't the slightest hiss or buzz anywhere.

It comes with a bunch of power cables that will probably be adequate for your needs but do check and order any extra you may need as Cioks power cables are different from regular ones and it'd be a pain to have to pay postage for one or two little cables afterwards.

I've only received this last week but initial thoughts are.. pricey but excellent. It's my first Cioks item but other reviews seem to imply I can expect very good service from it in the longer term too.
