The color of the violin is slightly darker brown/wood than orange which in my opinion looks far better in reality than the image. The 'antique' blemishes look natural and not overdone and maple flames are pronounced and looking beautiful.
The quality of wood workmanship is top notch, nut and bridge filing is superb with correct height, shape and angles, with graphite applied to the slots.
The violin sounds is loud and resonant yet smooth and musical.
Comes with a hand signed certificate from Dr. Simon Goetz and a factory photograph of the violin.
My best violin yet. 10/10
